Overview

Single Needle, Drop Feed, Zig-Zag, Lockstitch Machine
CN2053R-2A (has Stitch type 308 (used to secure lines on parachutes)

With:  • Horizontal axis transverse rotary hook
• Locking zig-zag width regulator lever   • Dial stitch regulator 
• Straight stitches when zig-zag set to "0" using straight stitch locking device    • Stitches per minute — up to 1800*
• Reverse stitching with adjustable stitch length  
• Built-in free-hand monogramming lever
• Metal gears (hardened steel)

Additional Versions Available:  CN2053R-1A-BL ( in blue), 
CN2253R-1A (Double Needle for piping and cording. Top of material will show a double-needle 5 mm stitch, and bottom of material will show a zig-zag stitch)

Applications

  • CN2053R-2A has Stitch type 308 (used to secure lines on parachutes)
  • For sewing light to medium heavy weight fabrics including clothing, shoes and caps, leather articles, bags and more
  • For attaching lace, elastic band, bottom hemming, edge stitching, butted seaming, applique and similar operations
  • Federal stitch type 304  
  • CN2253R-1A for piping and cording. Top of material will show a double-needle 5 mm stitch, and bottom of material will show a zig-zag stitch
